Though the Convention Center was fully capable of holding the 20,000 people that attended Blizzcon 2009 this year, the majority of the crowd was hanging around the Main Stage waiting for the opening ceremonies to start. StarCraft II was empty, Diablo III was empty, and even the food court had nobody staring at it. Everyone had already gathered into the fog filled room, scrambling to find seats for themselves and possible party members. There were no hestitations to the start of the event, because exactly at 11:30am on August 21st, 2009, the party officially began.

SHHH, you’ll wake up the Horde.
I’m blogging from my hotel room at the Hilton right now. Got in yesterday to check into the room, and already I could feel the Blizzcon epic-ness unfold. All day was filled with bumping into other Blizzconee’s. It’s crazy having been here last year, and the people whom I met are here AGAIN. God, I can’t fucking wait!
